We are Quiet Corner Coffee Roasters located in the North East corner of CT known as the Quiet Corner. We do not batch roast we roast custom for you.  We do not add water after roasting to increase profits as is done with commercial roasting equipment.  The typical coffee shop owner can order up to 18 different varieties of coffees in quantities as small as 5lb. each.  From the time the order is placed it is roasted and delivered typically in less then 48 hrs. For those of you buying our product at your local store our goal is that you get the freshest product possible.  We want you to enjoy our coffee within 21 days that is why we pull our product off the shelf at 14 days from roast date.  For those of you that join us at the local Farmers Markets typically we roast the day before the market.
